[S]的发音要领
[S]有两种情况：
1）[S]出现在元音之前，叫清晰舌边音。发清晰[S]时，舌端紧抵上齿龈，舌前向硬腭抬起，气流从舌的一侧或两侧泄出。
有人[Q S]不分，纠正方法参看10.2a。也有人把lead读成read。混淆[T]和[S]，要区分[T]和[S]，主要是掌握[T]的发音要领。发[T]时，舌侧收拢，双唇前突，舌尖上抬但不接触上齿龈，气流从舌前的凹处流出。发[S]时，舌端紧抵上齿龈，气流从舌侧流出。
2）[S]出现在辅音前和元音后，叫含糊的舌边音。为了便于区别，常把含糊的写作[]。发[]时，舌端抵齿龈，舌前下陷，舌后上抬（相当于[(]），舌面形成凹槽，气流从舌边泄出。
